Cleaning of tennis courts & possible new nets at courts (Peggy) – Adam has been empowered to decide if the pool should close during inclement weather. It is his call. Bob will email Roger Madden re: insurance. Recommendation to decrease age to swim at pool w/o parent (W/lifeguard) from 12 to 10 (Most local pools have it at this age). If insurance has no problem w/it, then we don’t either. Will also look at costs and insurance for adding a basketball court and playset. Nets for tennis courts are $170 each (old ones are 18 years old). Board voted to replace them.
June Neighborhood garage sale (Anyone remember ?) – Saturday June 19th. Maggie will have add run in AJC and Woodstock papers.
Open Issues:
Jim Milligan will put in halogen lights to see if it improves the look of the new sign. If not, we will evaluate adding top lighting so there isn’t reflections.
Maggie will be doing Yard of the Month, and it will start w/June. YOM sign is being fixed.
CRHOA meetings moved to 2nd Thursday of each month, starting June 8th.
Renter limit – a poll will be placed on the website. If a lot of votes, then an amendment may need to be made limiting renters in our neighborhood. Knox will do an owner/occupant list so we can gauge how many renters we have now.
