HOA Board Annual Meeting Minutes
Saturday May 15, 2004
12:30 pm at the Pool opening

Attendees: Mike & Mary McFall, George & Donna Blackwell, Jonell Vance, Mary Mangum, Mary Anne Kristan, Maggie Rosen, Bob and Beth Mayne, Steve Veling, Bill and Karen Payne, Diana Milligan, Adam Cannady, Carrie Reynolds, Don Sabater.

Treasurer report: $14,929.46 checking $28,487.47 invested $12,025 still due in 2004 dues

Pool: cement issues, $$ needs to be spend this year repairing items.

Adam: Major skin cancer concerns – he spoke w/a Dermatogist that gave him the lowdown. Use spf 45 – 60 always. Ear tops and below tip of nose/upper lip area are at largest risk right now, so don’t forget to put sunscreen there – and everywhere. Largest number yet of Skin Cancer developing at age 20.

Gazebo – we still want it and have for the last 6 years. We should be able to evaluate $$ situation again after summer season.

Diana – Social Committee Chair – would like to do Friday night adult socials periodically.

Directory – Bob Mayne has the fle. Make corrections and send to Bob. George – update Directory on website.

Lifeguards – Michelle and Adam, FT starting when school ends. Hours are 11-5 seven days/week.

Mike- Problem w/waterplant noise. Bob M to have a CRHOA letter sent.
