To all my friends & neighbors in Chadd’s Ridge have received more and more complaints in regard to growing safety issue. Our children, walkers, and pets have to be in the middle of our streets because of parking in the street. While the Covenants does not specifically ban on street parking, it does state that the lots have ample parking for our vehicles. This does not mean that we cannot have guests park in street, if needed but please do not park your vehicles in street as an alternate space than your driveway or garage . Please understand that this is a safety issue and it concerns al of us and our families.
