Instead of neighborhood watch, we are going to try CAP (Citizens Awareness Program). This program still involves everyone as neighbors to watch out for each other. Cobb County will have a map of Chadd’s Ridge to better assist police officers if they come in an emergency. The most important aspect is the “link” system.
