Attendees: All CRHOA board and approximately 20 residents.

Welcome—Mary Anne Kristan
Treasurers Report—Fred Gibson

Presentation of proxy & vote on budget/board—Amy Rethman
proxies collected until Sunday evening:Â 10% needed to elect postions
president, treasurer(open), and director are up for new terms. Mary Anne will stay as president if no new nominations and the same for George as director. Fred is stepping down as treasurer so the position will be given to one of the board members until there is a 10% vote.
Amenities—Peggy Stein
ALTA tennis sign-up for men & women—deadline for CR residents will be June 15 after this date if there is not 12 or more players per team, Amy will post our subdivision on the website to allow for outside players looking for a team to join ours. Please call Amy or Peggy (numbers posted on website and in newsletter) if interested.Â
Paul Rethman will be giving tennis lessons for all skills and ages. Please contact Amy soon so times and dates can be adjusted.
CodeIt is the same for the pool and playground. There may be a code change if there is a problem with it being given out to unpaid residences and non-residents. “Code change†will be posted on the front bulletin board and then you may call one of the board members to get the new one.
Tags
Along with knowing the code for the pool, every residence will be given 3 tags. One will need to be shown when entering the pool. It can be pinned onto a towel, bag, etc.
Key
The tennis courts still use the same key from last year.
Lifeguard
The new hours will be from 12-5. For those residents who have been here for awhile, we have Adam returning along with Jill from last summer.Â

many thanks to those who have made improvements. Our homes are looking better everyday and the value is steadily rising.

for those interested in painting the rim around chimney: if enough residents inquire, a deal can be made for around $70-80 per house.
