Below are the minutes from the Annual Chadds Ridge Homeowners Association (CRHOA) Meeting held in May of 2008. These minutes were collected by our secretary Amy Rethman and submitted to the board as well as the homeowners.

Capital Improvements

Security System
• Installed cameras around pool and tennis courts with 24hour monitoring.
• Alarm is set nightly at pool/court closing

***when red light on post by gate is flashing, the alarm is set…DO NOT ENTER***

Courts
Tennis practice is posted and a sign-up sheet for other days is posted at front board for basketball and court reservations
Hours: 7am—11pm

Pool
USA Pools is the service we are using. Adam Cannady will be our main guard and is giving lessons and offering services for renting area for parties, etc.
Hours: 10am – 10pm (guard hours 12pm–5pm)

ACC
Houses that received letters are compliant for the most part. Please remember to submit a letter for improvements to your home to any ACC member for approval.

Open Discussion
• Some homeowners would like an audit done—(looking into price to do so, perhaps by our lawyers)
• Let’s spend the money we pay our lawyers and any extra to put pressure on the unpaid homes
• Recycle bins at the amenities area (done)
• Glass not permitted on courts or at pool
