Swimming Facilities and Information
Chadds Ridge has a swimming facilites located on-site. The swimming pool is open all Summer and into the beginning of Fall.
If you have any questions regarding the use of our facilities, please contact the amenities chair or one of the board members, and they can clarify any questions you may have.

2009 Pool Rules
HOA Members are encouraged to support and assist in enforcing the rules.
Please discuss these rules and safety regulations with your family members before using the pool.
Pool Hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Monday – Sunday) May 16th – October 18th
Lifeguard Hours, Daily NOON to 5 PM, through non?school season only.
Swim at your own risk when no guard present.
The pool is being managed by USA Pools, lifeguard will vary. Pool phone is 770?592?0107.
The lifeguard has complete authority. Those who do not obey the orders of the lifeguard will be barred from the pool area.
Standard Red Cross Safety Rules will be enforced.
Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older). Children 11 and older must pass a swimming test to swim unaccompanied by an adult while the Lifeguard is on duty. The Lifeguard may also require anyone older than 11 to pass a swimming test if they think that person cannot swim.
ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN IF THE LIFEGUARD IS NOT ON DUTY.
The maximum number of guests a Chadds Ridge member can bring to the pool is 2. If guests are under 18 years of age, a responsible adult must accompany them.
No Running or Pushing.
People with communicable diseases (i.e., open sores or eye infections) will be prohibited from using the pool.
Proper bathing attire is required.
Non?potty trained children must wear rubber pants/swimming diaper while in the pool.
No pets allowed in the pool area.
No glassware is permitted in the pool area.
No public drunkenness or lude behavior will be tolerated, and violators will be asked to leave.
All guests must be accompanied by a mandatory homeowners association (HOA) member. Residents of Chadds Ridge who are not HOA members do not qualify as guests and are not permitted to use the facilities.
No bicycles, tricycles, skates, skateboards, roller blades, etc. are permitted in the pool area.
No large floats are permitted during peak swimming hours.
No Styrofoam floats permitted.
Recreational HOA members are encouraged to support and assist in enforcing the rules.
The pool rules may be revised as necessary by the Chadds Ridge HOA Board.
Please note: ANY VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE RULES WILL RESULT IN THE FOLLOWING:
1ST Offense – the family will be given a warning.
2nd Offense – the family will receive a 30 day suspension from the amenities area.
3rd Offense – the family will receive a 60 day suspension from the amenities area.
