Q. I am new to the community. Is there a welcome packet or any other information that I need to have?

A. Yes, please identify your block captain here. They will then provide you with a “Welcome Packet” as well as a printed directory of your neighbors.

Q. I need to get a printed directory or other specific printed material that is provided by the homeowner’s association. Where do I go?

A. If you need to get a printed directory or any other materials that should be provided by the community, please identify your block captain here and contact them directly.

Q. I have an issue that needs to be brought up at the next homeowners meeting, or I have a problem with someone in the community that needs to be addressed. Who do I contact?

Q. I need to have a sign placed in the message board located at the front of the subdivision. Where do I go to get that put up?
