Below are the minutes from the March Chadds Ridge Homeowners Association (CRHOA) Meeting. These minutes were collected by our secretary Amy Rethman and submitted to the board as well as the homeowners.
2009 Dues Payment Schedule
Here are the payment schedules for Homeowner’s Association Dues:
$425 if received ON or BEFORE 3/15
$450 if received ON or BEFORE 4/15
$475 if received between 4/16 and 4/30
(Penalties will be applied after 4/30/09)
